In this guide, we will show how to easily locate all of the 7 stamina upgrade / coffee machines in Silver Pines. Each coffee machine will provide an upgrade to your stamina, which is highly recommended to make this challenging game more approachable.

All Coffee Machine / Stamina Upgrade Locations
This guide will show you how to get all of the 7 stamina upgrades in Silver Pines. The stamina upgrades are obtained via drinking cups of coffee at the seven specific locations which are spread through the game.
They’re staggered throughout the first two-thirds of the game. They’re rather easy to find, but there can be some backtracking and exploration required. The guide below is in the order that you will likely find them; you will need some upgrades and specific items to access their locations. We recommend you go after these as they can make combat much easier for you.
Stamina Upgrade 1
At the very start of the game, enter the diner and brew some coffee for your first stamina upgrade:

Not long after getting off the ferry to the town, head inside The Quiet Hour Café to get your next coffee and next stamina upgrade:
Stamina Upgrade 3
After progressing through the town a little, you’ll head right over a bridge to the Riverside. Now, head right to Dana’s Repair Shop to find your next coffee machine and stamina upgrade behind a padlocked door:
Stamina Upgrade 4
When you reach the Union Building, stay on the ground floor. Come to room 1C and shoot the mirror out to the left, then climb through. Move on till you see the coffee machine after taking out 2 enemies:

Inside the Town Hall on the first floor, head to the classroom for your next coffee machine:
Stamina Upgrade 6
Just after arriving at Church Hill, head inside the small Parish Hall. Inside, behind a padlocked door is your coffee machine and stamina upgrade:
Stamina Upgrade 7
After getting access to the ferry and going back to the original island – see our guide on how to do that in the footer below – go past the Motel to this shack which you can now reach. Inside is your final cup of damn fine coffee:
And with that, you will now have the maximum stamina. This will make the game much easier as you reach the final stages.
