Xbox’s big flagship title for it’s 25th anniversary is right around the corner with Gears of War: E-Day releasing in less than a month on October 6th (or earlier if you pre-order the deluxe edition). Today Xbox and The Coalition officially unveiled the achievement list for Gears of War: E-Day, and in typical Gears fashion, its going to be a grind to get that completion.
With a total of 55 achievements to unlock, it is a rather large list and features a mix of them across all 3 of the games campaign, horde and multiplayer modes. Infact the vast majority of them are for the campaign. As someone who previewed the campaign last month, it is where ill be spending most of my time as it is looking fantastic.
There is the standard affair of achievements for finishing all the acts and in true Gears fashion their are achievements tied to collecting all of the collectibles. We hope to have a guide up for these things as close as possible to release so keep an eye out for that.
Of course the one achievement everyone was looking for is the notoriously difficult Seriously achievement. It is indeed back for E-Day with Dead Serious. Dead Serious will require players to complete the campaign on insane at 100%, kill 25,000 players in versus, max your player level and max all 4 classes. Oof. I tip my cap to anyone managing to unlock it.
