Gears is back baby! The Coalition have returned with Gears of War: E-Day the latest entry in the iconic XBOX franchise. A prequel that tells the story of Emergence Day, the day when the Locust army reveal themselves. Marcus, Dom and other Gears band together to take on this new threat in the city of Kalona as the world of Sera changes forever!
Unlock the “Explosive Indigestion” Achievement
To unlock the “Explosive Indigestion” achievement you will need to “Play a game of explosive cornhole with a Bilefrog.”. This means you an explosive item and a Bile Frog.
You’ll first encounter the Bile Frog in Act 2, Chapter 2, Part 2 (I know!). They appear when you arrive at the main objective that asks you to ‘Investigate the Muster Point)’. The aim of this achievement is to launch an explosive into its rather large gob. It opens it up to spit balls of acid at you. It keeps its gob open a pretty decent length of time so shouldn’t be too tricky to grab.
I grabbed this using the Gut-Puncher weapon whilst doing the secondary objective ‘Lost in Translation’. When you see the green glowing gap of the Bile Frog’s mouth, aim a Gut-Puncher round into it and wait for the fireworks to happen.
I believe your round has to kill the Bile Frog, so it might take a couple of goes.
