inKONBINI may be a convenience store simulator at first glance; however, its main focus is on the interaction with your valued customers and how their visit to HONKI PONKI has impacted the lives of its workers as well as their own. This is our guide for the Preparing Something Special trophy.

Preparing Something Special Trophy Guide
Our customers are not just the ones who physically visit the store. Another is Mr. Takahashi. For three separate shifts, he’ll put in requests that we’ll need to complete. You’ll find these requests through a post-it stuck on a box. The goal is to hunt for the items he needs. Completing all orders will give us the Preparing Something Special on your final shift.
Shift 2: Tuesday, August 24th
12 bottles of Kikko-Nyan Soy Sauce (Garlic Flavored)
Taking it right off the shelf won’t give you enough; you’ll find more in a basket on the floor beside the Baked Goods Display. The rest can be found in the Cooking Essentials Shelf display right beside it.
Shift 3: Wednesday, August 25th
There isn’t enough rice to fulfill this request right away. It is important to order it from Kiyoshi’s delivery as early as possible so that it has time to arrive before your shift ends.
Around the time your second customer leaves, your delivery should arrive, allowing you to complete this order.
Shift 5: Friday, August 27th
Today, you’ll really need to hunt. Mr. Takahashi needs:
- Daico Cups x 5
- Plates x 10
- Napkins x 15
I really don’t know what the morning workers are doing because they are in the weirdest places! They should all be in the home goods shelf… but of course that wouldn’t be interesting. Let’s go hunting!
The Daico Cups are on the top shelf of the yellow Soft Drink Refrigerator.
The napkins are located at the bottom of the Canned Goods Shelf.
The plates? Where else? On the floor in a basket beside the ice cream! Duh! Oh there’s also one on top of the ice cream freezer. The rest can be found where it’s supposed to be: in the Household Goods Display
Shift 6: Saturday, August 28th
Head towards the employee office, and at the desk, you’ll see a thank you letter from Mr. Takahashi. Read it, and you’ll get your trophy! Congrats!
