Revenge of the Savage Planet – Character, Camera, Control Achievement Guide

There’s a lot of new movement options in Revenge of the Savage Planet, and fittingly, there are a few achievements tied to them to show them off!

The most complex is the Character, Camera, Control Achievement, where you need to chain together a Sprint, a Knee Slide into a Jump Boost, and then a Grapple Boost.

If you’re struggling, we’ve got you covered!

You can read our full review of Revenge of the Savage Planet here!

You’ll need both the Boosted Slide Jump upgrade and the Boosted Tether Jump to unlock this achievement.

Starting from the Crash Site on Zenithian Rift, head straight forward and into the ice cave.

As you get into the main room, there will be a platform to your left that continues further into the cave.

Immediately, when you get into the next part of the cave, you should see a short platform with a grapple point on the ledge straight above.

This little platform is the perfect size to start a sprint into a slide, and the grapple point is low enough that the camera shouldn’t give you any issues.

Go right to the back of the platform and angle your camera up towards the grapple (so you don’t need to adjust it during the combo). Starting sprinting, then immediately slide. Jump (you’ll boost automatically with the upgrade), then hit grapple and immediately jump again to boost off the grapple point. And viola! The Character, Camera, Control Achievement is yours.
