- Estimated Completion Time: 25-30 Hours
- Missable Achievements: 18 – You will need to complete NG+ for the 100%, so if you miss one, you will have another chance. You can also reload an old save if you missed an investigation.
- Playthroughs Required: 2 – Certain collectables only appear in New Game +

| Fast Friends | Obtain the submachine gun | 40 | Technically ‘missable’, the Submachine gun is located in the basement of the Devil’s Reef Hotel. When you get to the basement to turn off the gas, the Submachine gun is on the table next to the switch. You can not miss it |
| We Aim to Please | Obtain the rifle. | 40 | Technically ‘missable’, the rifle is found in the Hospital. Once you charge the first Prism, you will be sent to the Prosthetics Workshop. You are forced to leave through a different door. The rifle is on the table directly in front of you. |
| A Blast From the Past | Obtain the grenade launcher | 40 | Technically ‘missable’, the grenade launcher is the most missable weapon. Found in the Fish Market, once you find the second Leyden Jar, you will head through the weighing station on the way to dispel the barrier. Calvin will mention the grenade launcher when you enter the room, so keep an eye and ear out. |
