Spirit of the North 2 has just been released and brings our furry fox friend back to save some lost animal Guardians. By mending their pain, by exploring the land, and defeating them in boss battles, you’ll help heal the land. Not only that, but you’ll gain allies to take on the final boss, Grimnir, the Shaman.

There are many puzzles and secrets scattered throughout the world of Spirit of the North 2, some trickier than others. One such mystery is that of the Travelling Trader

Spirit of the North 2: How to find the Light Trader guide

You’ll unlock the “Light Purchase” achievement / trophy for purchasing a ‘light essence’ from the Travelling Trader. He is a Raccoon Trader, with a funky hat, who rides on the back of a turtle (don’t ask). He sells different light essences to customise your Fox and Raven’s colours (instead of the standard blue).

Unfortunately, I can’t tell you where to find him, but I can tell you how to find him. The Light Trader is a time-limited appearance in Spirit of the North. He only appears on a Saturday for 24 hours.

His location is different every week, so you’ll have pay attention to social media or join the Spirit of the North Discord channel for help from the community. Of course, you can go searching yourself, but it’s a big map in the game.
