Slappi’s Den of Fun is a new location that opens up to you once you finish reassembling the Pentaforce. These pieces are found by completing Slappi’s four hidden shrines.
Each of Slappi’s hidden teleporter areas-as well as the final “planet” location-contains scannable items for your Kindex.
If you’re aiming to 100% your Kindex and complete the No Stone Unturned side quest, you’ll need to scan everything available within Slappi’s domain.

21 Entries for the Tech section. You’ve listed 20. There is an item between Circle Bouncer and Floor Hatch, and I do not know what it is or where it is.
