During the early missions of MW4, Captain Price’s battle against his arch-enemy continues and concludes in an epic brawl. This guide will go over the requirements and best strategies needed to unlock this in the simplest way.

Can’t Touch This Guide
The Can’t Touch This achievement requires us to defeat Makarov in the final fight without being hit and playing on Veteran difficulty. While Veteran can be very challenging, we thankfully don’t need to play the whole mission on it, and can switch once we get to the final area. Load up Out in the Cold on your preferred difficulty and play through until you get to the point where you are chasing Makarov through the streets.
Once you get to this point, pause the game and change the difficulty to Veteran. Continue the chase across the city, and eventually you will follow Makarov into an alleyway. This is where the achievement starts.
You will need to parry Makarov and counterattack throughout two rounds. Blocking is fine, but if you see any red flash on your screen, pause and reload. If you get hit, there is a checkpoint right at the start here. After you parry, hit Makarov a few times. You do have the option to do a takedown to deal extra damage, but I found Makarov would get some extra animation hits in here, so I ultimately ended up skipping them.
After you deal enough damage, you will get a small cutscene leading into round 2. Be prepared here to parry right away, as Makarov is more aggressive here and will attack you as soon as the cutscene ends. Nothing else changes much here; parry, get 2 hits in, back off, and repeat the process. As soon as you deal enough damage once again, a cutscene will start, and the Can’t Touch This achievement will unlock.
