While September might be the busiest month of the year for releases, PlayStation hasn’t taken that as a sign to take a break, with another solid lineup of games being added to the Extra and Premium PS Plus Game Catalog.
Announced via the official PlayStation Blog, here are the games being added to PS Plus Extra and Premium from today through the rest of September:
PS Plus Extra Games:
- Date Everything! – PS5 – Sept 9th
- Ruescape: Dragonwilds – PS5 – Sept 15th
- WWE 2K26 – PS5 – Sept 15th
- Ball x Pit – PS5 – Sept 22nd
- Slitterhead – PS5/PS4 – Sept 22nd
- Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound – PS5/PS4 – Sept 29th
- Dungeons of Hinterburg – PS5/PS4 – Sept 29th
- Sniper Elite: Resistance – PS5/PS4 – Sept 29th
We said that last month’s PS Plus Extra additions were the best of 2026 so far, but September might be taking that title, offering a lineup offering both quality and quantity. Subscribers to both Premium and Extra can dive into the new offerings today with Date Everything!, a charming and hilarious dating sim where you date anthropomorphised versions of everything, from your TV to your kitchen sink!
The rest of the games will be added to the Game Catalog in a staggered fashion, starting on September 15th with WWE 2K26 and RuneScape: Dragonwilds, the open-world survival spin-off of the legendary MMORPG RuneScape, coinciding with the game’s 1.0 launch.
Next up is another pair of titles with Devolver Digital’s blend of city builder and pinball game, Ball x Pit, and the truly unsettling third-person survival game, Slitterhead, the first release from Bokeh Game Studio, founded by the creator of the Silent Hill series, Keiichiro Toyama. Both of these games join the PS Plus library on September 22nd.
Closing out the month are the last three games being added to the Extra tier of PlayStation Plus, all arriving on September 29th. First is Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, the latest 2D entry into the series, co-developed by Team Ninja and The Game Kitchen, the studio behind the Blasphemous series. Dungeons of Hinterburg arrives alongside Ragebound, offering gamers a dungeon-crawling adventure that has the vibes of a skiing holiday in Europe, as does Sniper Elite: Resistance, rounding out the trio with sniping Nazis.
PS Plus Premium Games:
- Mega Man X Command Mission – PS5/PS4 – Sept 15th
- Metro Redux – PS4 – Sept 15th
As always, it’s a smaller offering for the Premium tier of PlayStation Plus, with just two titles added to the roster. Arriving on September 15th are Mega Man X Command Mission, an RPG spin-off from the Mega Man X series, and Metro Redux, the remastered bundle of Metro 2033 and Metro First Light, the first two games in the post-apocalyptic first-person shooter series.
