With only two months to go until the biggest superhero video game of the year, PlayStation 5 exclusive Wolverine has released a new CG trailer which reveals more about the Marvel game. You can watch it in all its cinematic glory here:
The key highlights of the trailer are two key characters, Sabretooth and Lady Deathstrike, a well known X-Men adversary.
In the trailer, Sabretooth arrives to save Wolverine from a bionic sword to the back from a squad of enemy forces, leaping into them and smashing them around a snowy environment.
Later on, whilst Wolverine rips and tears through enemy soldiers in a rainy Asian city, Lady Deathstrike shows up to give Logan a real fighting challenge. Smacking him to the floor, the most famous of the X-Men lies watching a picture of himself burn to ash.
If you’re going to see Odyssey in the cinema over the weekend, you can expect to catch this trailer on the big screen too.
Wolverine arrives September 15, 2026. Pre-orders for the digital and physical edition are available now. It might be one of the final PlayStation exclusives to see a physical version, if you prefer a disc copy.
