The Access-Ability Summer Showcase for 2026 has just wrapped and there were a whole range of titles on show that cater to a wide range of disabled gamers.
The Access-Ability Summer Showcase 2026 is the fourth year the showcase has taken place. A showcase of trailers from a range of developers, including some disabled game developers. Every game shown at the showcase is designed to be playable by as many disabled players as possible.
Not all games shown will be playable by everyone, but by making them as accessible as possible, it means there are more options for a variety of disabilities so they can enjoy some good gaming fun.
There’s a Steam event page that categorises all the games shown at the showcase organised by accessibility support type.

Where possible we have included all known platforms for a game, along with demo availability and most recent trailers. Where available, we have also included the Audio Described versions of trailers.
Trading Card Inspector (PC)

Torment Hexus (PC)
Technofascist cyberpunk CEOs must die! Charge spells with the match-3 grid, then cast them on your enemies in turn-based tactical roguelike combat. Climb the tower, kill the boss, and maybe make the world a better place.

In Colorbound, color is more than just hue. As Anku, an Aymara boy with a unique gift, you’ll harness the power of color to shape the environment itself, uncovering hidden paths to navigate challenging and complex puzzles.

Life Below (PC)
Life Below is a refreshing twist on the city-building genre, set beneath the waves. Shape thriving coral reefs, revive collapsing ecosystems, and grow a living seascape in a heartfelt narrative by Rhianna Pratchett. You are the ocean’s final hope.
Accessibility support includes: time controls, auto pausing during critical moments or when the cursor leaves the screen, tooltips to guide through the game, accessibility menu options, controller only and mouse only control schemes, control bindings, no quick time events or rapid button presses.

Celsius Strays (PC)
“Banished. Hunted. Yet, we endure.” Become the Chief of the Squealers and lead your people through a futuristic wasteland fraught with danger where every choice is about survival.

Canvas of Thoughts (PC)
Canvas of Thoughts is an emotional point-and-click puzzle adventure which invites you into Evi’s vibrant but loud inner world. Experience everyday situations through shifting colours, sounds and emotions. Solve reflective puzzles and navigate the world not through words, but through feelings.
Accessibility support includes: Narrative game, choose emotions rather than dialogue options. Sensory intensity options, simple input schemes, high contrast visuals.

An Unplayable Game (PC)
a game about accessibility settings that’s just a bit too hard for you to play effectively. 10-15 minutes in length with 30+ minutes of developer commentary!
Accessibility support includes: Game that aims to help non disabled people understand what gaming without accessibility settings is like, and their next game – a time limit puzzle game where you set your own time limits, so it’s a challenge but completable for you, and it pushes your limits, not what others can manage.

Highway Noir (PC)
You are an underground driver for hire, fired from the Major Crimes Agency. Rush through a busy city at night as you take on high speed getaways, dangerous street races, white knuckle pursuits and more. Don’t stop until you reveal the truth about who wanted you gone
Accessibility support includes: Narrative driving game with emotion / subtext tags on subtitles, vision assist, accessibility settings in menu, color blindness friendly options, reduce speed of game.

Jigrift (PC and Consoles)
You crash onto the shores of a long lost island! This strange land is a gigantic jigsaw puzzle that you must assemble to explore. Earn your place among a tribe of three-eye’d voodoo frogs and put the island back together. They’ll allow you to stay if you succeed!
Accessibility support includes: No time pressure, button holds or mashing, and high contrast visuals.
Games for Blind Gamers Jam
- Valencia Tales: Strings and Stone – inspired by Legend of Zelda, first person action adventure.
- Impulse Response – first-person puzzle horror game.
- Delver’s Folly – roguelike, navigating through a dungeon to find the boss.
- The Omega Reach – explore the universe by finding out facts about planets
- Forfold Onslaught – wave-based first person zombie shooter.
- And Then she Slept – protect your sister from evil monster to help her fall asleep.
- Toasty – card game where you make toast, and not sandwiches!
- Taped Memories – zoom in on different tracks of different audio to figure out what happened last night.

Super Weird (PC)
An automation roguelite where single-use JunkDroids turn out to be surprisingly useful: automate production network, rebuild a broken world piece by piece, and stop the Goofy Goo before it consumes everything. Play solo or in coop.
Accessibility support includes: Comfort camera, no time pressure, slow down time, audio narration, high contrast visuals.
Herdles (PC)
An adorable open world platformer where you play as a magical dog. Zoom around a vibrant landscape, using an evolving arsenal of abilities to explore, solve challenges and discover secrets – one bark at a time!
Accessibility support includes: Dog based 3D platformer with high contrast visuals, simple controls, and lots of cognitive and motor accessibility.

Frame of Mind: A Game of Thoughts (PC)
Frame of Mind – A game of thoughts is a brief and cozy narrative game that lets you explore a character via thoughts and momentos you find in stages of their life. Its an introspective game, meant to share some experiences a peer-group of neurodivergent queers, including the dev, had growing up.
Accessibility support includes: About growing up trans and AuDHD. Content warnings, no QTEs, built in fidget interacts for during dialogue / cutscenes.
Piecewise (PC)
A daily-challenge puzzle game about putting shapes in slots, with new puzzles every day! BET ON YOURSELF with daily wager-based leaderboards!
Accessibility support includes: customisable time limit to match your skill level, high contrast colours, turn off floating shapes to aid motion sickness, option to turn off hold controls, alternate fonts, full controller support, mouse only support.

Kernel Hearts (PC, PS5, Switch 2, Xbox Series)
