Tides Of Tomorrow is the latest adventure game from developer DigixArt. The game is filled with a ton of dialogue options, many of which will significantly shape how the game unfolds for you. With this guide we are going to help you earn the “End of War” achievement for getting the Marauders to help you.
I’ll do my best to remain vague here and not ruin much in terms of the story. Late in the game you will have to head to the various faction lands to convince each of them to help you. For this one, it will be the Stronghold and you will be looking for Obin to convince him to send the Marauders to join your cause.
How To Get Obin On Your Side
Progress through the level until your first encounter with Obin. You will have a bar at the top of the screen that will show how much he trusts, or doesn’t trust you. Your goal is to get the bar to the right-hand side before the second scene ends.
We should note that due to the nature of the game and how the story is, there is a chance your options could be slightly different. We haven’t seen any different options, but can’t 100% say there won’t be. If that is the case, Obin is all about survival not compassion, so if you do get a different option try and choose the one that is about his survival.
With all that said, here are the responses you will want to give in order:
- I Need Your Help
- I’ll Do It
- Mereid Eggs
- You know Ozen is running out
- You Owe Me
- I helped you fight Nyx in Marketland
- You threw me in the water!
- You’ll die here if you don’t help me
For the second set of dialogue after you see Obin get shot you will need to choose:
- I’ll help him if he joins us
- You’ll do it if you want to live
With that you should have him ever so slightly on the side to convince to help you. With your last choice you will want to help him. This should trigger the achievement.
