The first-person shooter detective game inspired by the comic stylings of the 1930s is finally with us and we’ve been super excited for this for a long time.
Playing as Jack Pepper, you’re exploring and sleuthing to uncover the mysteries of Mouseberg whilst trying to solve multiple mysteries that weave into a tangled web. You’ll meet many characters, listen to groovy big band jazz and puncture many a hole in many an enemy, until they’re looking like swiss cheese that just went out on a hot date with a hole punch (just like Jack Ripper).

During your adventure, you’ll encounter many enemies who need to come face-to-face with a whole load of ways to die! Many of which come with a reward in the form of an achievement / trophy.
To get the “Boom Town” achievement / trophy you’ll need to “kill 20 enemies in a single playthrough by throwing / kicking explosive barrels”. Luckily, there’s plenty of enemies and plenty of opportunities to throw and kick barrels at them.
You’ll get your first taste of kicking explosive justice in Vaudeville, the first area proper. You’ll progress through the level until you reach a tutorial poster that talks about kicking things. In the street, straight after that poster are two enemies and a conveniently placed barrel. Take aim and kick! There’s your first two kills already (if you miss reload your last save, I missed the first time!).
Do this to 20 enemies throughout your playthrough and you’ll nail it. Just keep your eyes out for barrels things. There’s plenty of enemies and plenty of opportunites to get it.
