Xbox Game Pass Wave 1 For March Announced

The beginning of the month means another announcement from Xbox and Game Pass. While we learned of what is leaving the service in March a few days ago, we now have wave 1 of March announced and it is quite the solid lineup.

Xbox Game Pass March Wave 1 Lineup

  • to a T (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – March 4
  • EA Sports F1 25 (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – March 4
  • Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC) – March 5
  • Construction Simulator (Cloud, Console, and PC) – March 10
  • Cyberpunk 2077 (Cloud and Console) – March 10
  • Hollow Knight: Silksong (Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC) – March 12
  • DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – March 17

The lineup features a blockbuster as well as a day 1 indie, so there is certainly something for everyone. In terms of new games, Planet of Lana 2: Children of the Leaf is probably the biggest, simply due to the fact that it is the day 1 game. A sequel to the critically acclaimed and hugely popular indie Planet Of Lana, Wishfully Games is back in a bigger and better way.

Children of the Leaf will see players take control of Lana and Mui once again as humans are dealing with the aftermath of the robots invading and learning to live with them. While some factions look to control the robots, others look to avoid them. When Anua, Lana’s sister gets sick, Lana and Mui do everything they can to help her regain her health and embark on another epic adventure.

Players won’t have to wait too long for Planet of Lana 2 as the game releases later this week on March 5th. You can see our review of the game as well as many guides starting March 4th once the embargo drops.

The other big news from today’s announcement is that Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to the service.. Undeniably one of the biggest games of this generation, Cyberpunk 2077 will certainly peak a lot of peoples interest if they have yet to play it. Of course as of November 2025 the game had sold 35 million copies worldwide, so many have likely already played it.

Also, Hollow Knight: Silksong will be coming to the premium tier of Game Pass on March 12th. We still don’t have too much data to know how many Game Pass users are on the Premium tier versus Ultimate, but for those on the lower tier this is surely a welcomed addition. Hollow Knight: Silksong was one of the biggest indie releases we’ve seen in quite some time.

Outside of that the new announcements today are smaller titles. F1 2025 is joining the service via EA Play as the annual racer has been out about a year now which is typical for EA titles. Construction Simulator has its fanbase as well, but it is quite niche.

Two Titles Joining Today

We should also quickly mention here that as of today Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and Final Fantasy 3 are joining the service. These were announced in the previous wave so its nothing new, but in case anyone needed a reminder. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is one of the biggest titles of 2025 so it is certainly one that will gain a lot of attention.

March overall is a big month for gaming with plenty of titles coming out. Will you be downloading any of the games announced for Game Pass today? Let us know in the comments below.
