In what feels like the busiest week of video game showcases of all time, we now have confirmation that a State of Play will also take place.
Sony have confirmed that a State of Play will be held tomorrow, June 4. The broadcast will take place at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm BST / 11pm CEST.
Taking to the PlayStation Blog, Sony confirmed the showcase will be over 40 minutes and will highlight "a selection of great games from creators across the globe".
The broadcast will be in English and will be broadcast on PlayStation's YouTube and Twitch channels.
So, what are we likely to see at the showcase? Death Stranding 2: On the Beach seems likely to make an appearance as the game launches exclusively on PlayStation 5 later this month. The game is also scheduled to appear at Geoff's Summer Games Fest.
It is likely we will see updates on Sony's other big 2025 exclusive, Ghost of Yotei which releases on October 2.
Also this year we're expecting Marathon from studio Bungie, now owned by PlayStation. The game has been mired in plagiarism controversy since its full reveal.
Other games that people will be hoping to see include Insomniac's long in hiatus, Wolverine. Another title we could see is Naughty Dog's Intergalactic: The Heretic Project.
The State of Play adds to an already packed week of events including the Xbox Summer Showcase, the PC Gaming Show, Day of the Devs and many more.
