What a way to end The Game Awards. Naughty Dog has unveiled their long awaited next game and it’s a brand new IP called Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet and is directed by Neil Druckmann.

Intergalactic has been in development since 2020 as per Geoff Keighley and is a sci-fi game set in space. Not much is given away in the trailer but we know you play as some sort of bounty hunter.

As per the trailer the description of the game is:

“Set thousands of years in the future, Intergalactic puts players into the role of Jordan A. Mun, a dangerous bounty hunter who ends up stranded on Sempiria _ a distant planet whose communication with the outside universe went dark hundreds of years ago. Jordan will have to use all her skills and wits if she hopes to be the first person in over 600 years to leave its orbit.”

This is Naughty Dog’s first new IP since The Last Of Us more than a decade ago and features some A list actors from Hollywood based on the trailer as you look to hunt down a character played by Kumail Nanjiani and the protagonist played by Tati Gabrielle.
