Elder Jinchi is considerably easier than the wandering wight boss fight. Refer to that guide to become more acquainted with possible move sets. There are a few differences and I wanna help you maneuver them in this article.
Lets get you equipped. Make sure to use your wandering wight ability and evil repelling medicament potions. This early in to the game you won’t have many outfits unlocked yet that have abilities to help you in this fight. So wear whatever you want to the party!
The main difference is 2 things. Once you get his health half way down, he will ascend in to the sky and corpses will start walking to him to heal him. Don’t let the corpses reach him. Unless you want him to heal that is.
The other thing, is that once you’ve gotten this far in to the fight. You will need to shift your focus over to the exploding corpses that charge you before fixating on Jinchi.
It’s worth mentioning I returned back to this fight after progressing through most of chapter 2. I was so overpowered that I quickly defeated this boss. So if you are struggling, feel free to revisit this fight after getting stronger.
