Marvel Cosmic Invasion is getting it’s second round of DLC coming to the game, this time centered around the Infamous Dr. Doom. Tribute Games, the developer behind last year’s Marvel beat’ em up, officially announced the update coming to the game.
While there isn’t much information available yet, including the release date, we do know that the DLC will feature a new playable game mode, as well as two new playable characters. The first DLC pack for the game was released back in May, and featured both Cyclops and The Thing to help in the fight against Annihilus.
More content for Marvel Cosmic Invasion is always welcome, as I said in my review of the game last year, while I loved the game overall, I felt there was some issues that could be improved, such as the soundtrack and how characters were prioritized. Hopefully this new mode is able to fix some of those issues, and I’m definitely looking forward to it.
