Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster PlayStation 5 Patch 1.07

Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster dropped on October 31st, 2024 of this year and by all accounts it seems to run pretty well on both PS5 and PC from what I’ve seen, however that’s not stopping Nixxes from patching the game. Announced through a Twitter/X post on Nixxes official account, patch 1.07 for Playstation 5 is now live.

Unfortunately, the details of this patch are a bit lacking. They added the accessibility features of a new color blind mode and an auto pick-up feature, but other than that, there’s not a ton of details other than a couple more rare bugs. Details on patch 1.07 (or 1.007.002 as their blog actually says) can be found below

Patch Notes (1.007.002)

  • Added Auto Pickup option to Pickups setting.
  • Color Blind Mode is now available.
  • Machine eyes now flash before attacking as intended.
  • Addressed a rare issue where the gate to Meridian would not load correctly on the first encounter.
  • Fixes for various bugs and minor visual issues.

If you have been having any other issues on PS5, you’ll have to fire up your game and update it to see if it’s fixed it would appear. If it’s not, or you have any other issues in the future, there is a link to their support page in the blog itself.
