Did you know there was a photo mode coming to Hellblade 2? I didn’t, and I’m excited for it. Ok, given that the first Hellblade has a photo mode, it stood to reason this one would too, but never assume, eh?
Though not the biggest photo mode user, I have seen some of the incredible shots some virtual photographers can get; it always inspires me to play with it a bit more every time a game has it.
In the build up to the launch of Hellblade II: Senua’s Saga, developers Ninja Theory today shared a tweet (or X post or whatever) with a teaser of some of the features you’ll be applying to capture those epic / beautiful / astounding / all of the above moments.

The game looks stunning, so being able to pause it mid-action (as in the video) and capture a dynamic scene such as that is pretty damn cool.
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s amazing in-game photos! Got any from the first one? Get them shared with us on Twitter (X) over @gamer_s_c or let us know what you think to the upcoming photo mode in the comments.
Hellblade II: Senua’s Saga is releasing on Tuesday 21 May on Xbox Series consoles, PC and Xbox Game Pass (along with a whole load of other games this month).
