At today’s latest Triple-I Initiative, which featured 40 trailers for upcoming games and add-ons for existing titles, the anticipated single-player narrative entry in the Among Us universe, Among Us Story: On Guard received a release date of February 17, 2027.
Among Us is one of indie gaming’s biggest success stories in the last five years. The deception PvP title has arrived on just about every platform possible and retains a very healthy, and dedicated player base. Innersloth confirmed that On Guard will arrive for PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and mobile. No mention of PlayStation or XBOX entries have been confirmed, despite the base game being available on Sony and Microsoft’s platforms.
The game will feature a colourful cast of characters, with one Impostor amongst the ranks who will want you and the others dead. Gameplay for this new narrative adventure is heavily inspired by the main game with exploration, mini-games and quirky dialogue included. As someone who has quite a bit of time into Among Us over the years, I’m rather excited for this one.
There is a demo now available on Steam now until October 15. You can wishlist the main game on the PC platform.
