Fans of Inscryption and the original Pony Island should head over to Steam ASAP to sign up for the playtest for Daniel Mullins next game, Pony Island 2: Panda Circus, which opened today after an announcement at the Triple-i Initiative Showcase (all announcements can be found here!)
The sequel to the cult classic Pony Island will be releasing on Steam on the 27th of April, 2027. Today’s playtest does have limited numbers so you’ll need to be quick, but the press release says there will be more places closer to launch.
“Once you were a young nomad who would have gone on to conquer the world… until an early death doomed you to The Earth Prison. Now you must escape the lordly deities of the underworld with your soul, and your sanity, intact.
The latest game from Daniel Mullins (Inscryption, Pony Island, The Hex), Pony Island 2: Panda Circus is a phantasmagorical voyage through time, myth, divinity, and video games. This is not a game about ponies.”
There’s also great news if you haven’t played the first Pony Island, as you can pick it up for free on Steam for a short period.
