One of the games a few of us at the GSC have been looking forward to is Silver Pines, a survival horror Metroidvania developed by Wych Elm, where you play as private investigator Red Walker on the hunt for the musician Eddie Velvet. Fight or avoid the twisted horrors now inhabiting a small American town, scavenge for and manage limited resources, and find your way through this nightmare of locked doors, hidden paths, and dark secrets.
With the achievement/trophy list for Silver Pines now available, we have the chance to see what challenges await us in the eponymous town of Silver Pines.
Revealed on the TrueAchievements and TrueTrophies websites, the Silver Pines achievement/trophy list has 23 achievements totalling 1000G, or 24 trophies consisting of 6 bronze, 11 silver, 6 gold, and one platinum trophy. The majority of the achievements/trophies are secret, so we have hidden them to avoid unwanted spoilers, but nothing is stopping the curious from taking a peek!

The small selection of achievements/trophies that are not secret seem to cover your usual collectible/upgrade fare for Metroidvanias, with Burden of Memories, Parts Left Behind, and Memento Mori focused on the game’s unique collectible, Mementos. There isn’t much else to glean from the list, making Silver Pines a mystery that we can’t wait to solve.
Silver Pines releases on October 8th across PC, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2.
