Update: After first appearing on the list 3 titles have now been removed from the leaving soon section of Game Pass.
Back to the Dawn, My Friendly Neighborhood, and Whiskerwood have all disappeared off the list suggesting they are now staying in the service. What changed is a mystery but for now the list is smaller!
Original Story: XBOX have confirmed the games leaving Xbox Game Pass from the middle of July 2026, with a sizeable 12 titles lined up to leave the service.
There’s some pretty notables leavers this time, including one I’d just assumed would be in the service forever at this point!
Games Leaving Xbox Game Pass Mid-July 2026
You’ve got until 15 July 2026 to play these titles before they leave XBOX and PC Game Pass:
- Back to the Dawn
- Dungeons of Hinterberg
- EA Sports FC 24 (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series)
- Golf With Your Friends (including the Windows version)
- My Friendly Neighbourhood
- PowerWash Simulator
- Shadow of the Tomb Raider
- Stellaris: Console Edition (PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series)
- Super Fantasy Kingdom (Windows)
- Techtonica
- Whiskerwood (Windows)
- Splitgate: Arena Reloaded
Personally, the most notable leavers are Dungeons of Hinterberg, PowerWash Simulator, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I never got round to playing them, so will have to see if I can make them a priority, apart from PowerWash Simulator, I cleaned the hell out of that game (and loved it).
I know our reviewer had a great time with Dungeons of Hinterberg it when it released a couple of years ago.
It shouldn’t be long before the next announcement for games being added to Game Pass is made. Stay tuned.
