Summer Game Fest. The “official” launch of the blitz that is the summer showcase season (trust us, we’re not stressed here). As we always see, there is something for everyone at today’s showcase. And that includes a new gameplay trailer for Star Wars: Zero Company.
So, what did we get to see in this new trailer? Quite frankly…a lot! So much in fact! Star Wars: Zero Company follows the fights and journey of Zero Company, an elite (and probably covert team) within the Galactic Republic Army in the Clone Wars-era of Star Wars. A Separatist fleet has been located in an outlying system, and Zero Company has been tasked with locating them. To find out…why they’re there, and what they’re doing.

And thus ensues intrigue, combat, explosions…and an appearance from a certain Jedi.

Yes – while, canonically, it makes total sense – it was still a shocker to see Anakin make an appearance in the story. However, given that one of the members of Zero Company does appear to be a Jedi (or at least Force-sensitive), it stands to reason that other Jedi might make a stop-in cameo.
