The Thinky Direct Returns This Month, Featuring Over 40 Announcements

After the success of the first Thinky Direct last year on May 29th, it returns in 2026 for its second outing, almost exactly a year to the day. Promising over 40 announcements and reveals, the Thinky Direct will be livestreamed on May 28th, 2026.

Check out the Thinky Direct 2026 announcement trailer below.

According to the events page on the Thinky Games official website, the team is delighted to be bringing it back for a second time, “bigger and better” than before. The showcase will run for one hour and will be broadcast via YouTube, Twitch, and Steam at 10 am PDT / 1 pm EDT / 6 pm BST.

When Thinky Games launched the Thinky Direct last year, it got off to a brilliant start, showcasing announcements from award-winning teams like Akupara Games and highlighting exciting titles like the long-awaited follow-up to Tangle Tower, The Mermaid Mask. Judging from the clips seen in the trailer, this time around, the Thinky Direct will feature games like Map Map, EMUUROM, and Colorbound.

Just as it did last year, the Thinky Direct will kick off the Cerebral Puzzle Showcase, organised in partnership with Draknek & Friends, featuring a week of puzzle game discounts and demos on Steam.

The Thinky Direct will be streamed on May 28th, 2026.
