The Caribou Trail is a short WWI adventure game about a regiment from Canada’s Newfoundland in the battle against the Turkish at Gallipoli. Many of the game’s achievements are straightforward during this linear experience, but they are nearly all missable at various points of the game. In this guide, we will show you where to unlock the highly missable Into the Arms of Home achievement for spotting a friend’s grave. There is no chapter select in this game; if you miss the chance to unlock the achievement, you will need to replay the game till this point.

Into the Arms of Home Achievement Guide
This achievement/trophy is very straightforward, but there is only one time in the game where you can unlock it. This takes place at the graveyard. Although there are multiple instances where you can visit the graveyard, I was only able to unlock this achievement from a specific point in the game.
The opportunity for this takes place around halfway through the game, after you take out the sniper atop the hill, and Lonnie is killed.
Once back in the trenches, it will be pouring with rain. You will need to open your map and make your way towards the graveyard, which is the crosses and flowers on the left side:
Once here, you can have a sombre conversation with your fellow soldier before gazing over the graves:
Once you have, you should open your binoculars. The achievement unlocked for me when I was looking at this fallen comrade’s cross:
And with that, your achievement/trophy will unlock. Congratulations!
