Yakuza games have had a huge interest in introducing new sidestory gameplay elements, and Yakuza Kiwami 3 is no exception to that rule. During the story of Kiwami 3, Kiryu will be introduced to the Haisai Girls, a girl biker gang that is trying to fight off an outside biker gang that is looking to take over Okinawa. This guide will help cover the Strongest Gang in the Universe trophy/achievement, which requires you to raise the infamy rank of the Haisai Girls to its max level.

When you’re introduced to Bad Boy Dragon, you will have a small group of characters, and start off at Infamy level 1, and you will need to hit the max rank of 10. There are a few different ways to increase your infamy rank, and those will be covered here.
Character Recruiting
The first step of increasing your infamy rank is going to be building up your roster of characters. As you go through the ranks, your infamy rank will increase faster depending on how many people are on your roster. Therefore, you will want to recruit as many people as you can.
On the map in Okinawa, you will see icons for Recruit Baddies, which will either be a character you can recruit, usually requiring you to be a certain infamy rank, or someone being harassed, that you can step in to do a baddie battle. Each character you recruit will grant you 100 points on recruitment, so it’s best to knock as many of these out as early as you can.

Some characters are also recruited through completing substories or working on requests for the Morning Glory storyline, so it is worth doing those as well.
You will also want to spend some cash upgrading your boost squad. There are 4 choices of upgrades: Bike, Uniform, Team Flag, and Rally. Each choice has 3 upgrades, for a total of 12 upgrades. The bike will give you new moves during turf missions, and the uniform will allow your squad mates to use special moves. These 2 worth upgrading as quickly as possible, so focus on these. The flag upgrade will give your squad more energy when being healed, and the rally upgrades provide more exp when holding either meetings or rallies. Also, be sure to purchase some baddie weapons, as these will also increase your rank and can be used on turf missions.
Rumble Turf Missions
Turf missions are the main story missions during Bad Boy Dragon, so you will be doing a bunch of these as you progress through the story anyway. However, some turf missions aren’t required for the story, so you will want to tackle those as well.

When you’re doing the turf war missions, make sure your infamy point total is higher than the mission you’re planning on doing. They can be done lower, but you would need to do a lot more managing of your squads, and it can become a hassle. Also, remember that for rumble missions, you only need to focus on taking out the squad leaders. Once all the leaders for an area are done, that area is cleared.
Annihilation Missions

Annihilation missions are all-out battles against the enemy squads in a closed-off arena. Unlike turf missions, there will be no bike riding, and every member of the enemy squad must be wiped out. For these missions, again, make sure your infamy level is higher than theirs, and prioritize the squadron leaders. Once they are taken out, cleaning up all the regular enemies will be a piece of cake.
For these, I would suggest staying in Ryuku style, using the B button spam on the boss, and hitting them with a heat action after. When you have dragon boost, switch over to dragon style and just start wailing on whoever is closest to you. As long as you keep Tsubasa alive and are around the same infamy rank, you should have no issues with these at all.
Holding Meetings and Rallies
The final way to upgrade your infamy rank is by holding meetings and rallies. Whenever you go back to base, there will be blue orbs hovering over every squadmate’s head. Hold X to collect these, and make sure you travel around the whole base, grabbing them. You will be able to spend these points when talking to Dokuzawa, and will be able to purchase meeting tickets to start with, and later on rally tickets.
Meeting tickets will cost you 60 Haisai points and can be used to hold a meeting with anyone in your 4 squads. Each squad member will receive 4,000 exp points per meeting, plus some infamy points at the end. This is an easy and good source of exp early on, so if you have some new, higher-ranked characters that need to be leveled up, add them to a squad before holding the meeting.

Rallys function the same as meetings, but will award exp to your whole gang. They can be earned as secondary task rewards, or they can be purchased for 120 Haisai points after completion of the Bad Boy Dragon main story. Each member will receive 4,000 exp again, and you’ll get an infamy point increase too. If you’re not at rank 10 by the time you finish the main mission, save up your Haisai points for a rally ticket, and this should boost you over the edge if you’re close.
Once you hit rank 10 with whatever method you decide to choose, this achievement will be yours.
And that is it for the Strongest Gang in the Universe trophy/achievement! We hope this guide helped you with these two late-game fights, and be sure to check out our other guides for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties!
