Co-op Roguelike 33 Immortals Arrives On Steam This Summer

Thunder Lotus, the Canadian Indie studio behind games like Sundered and Spiritfarer, has announced that their Dante’s Inferno-inspired co-op roguelike, 33 Immortals, will be making its way to Steam this Summer. The game has also received a refreshed roadmap, detailing what is being added to 33 Immortals before its 1.0 release in the Summer, which is likely when the game will arrive on Steam.

In a post published on the Thunder Lotus website, the game’s Creative Director, Stephan Logier, said that “bringing 33 Immortals to Steam is an important milestone,” and that “The game has grown a lot through our first five updates, and we’re excited to keep building it with even more players joining the rebellion.” You can watch the Steam Launch Trailer for 33 Immortals below.

The dev team for 33 Immortals has also released a refreshed Early Access roadmap for the game, detailing the remaining additions and updates to come in 2026, ending with the 1.0 release of 33 Immortals in the Summer.

The next update to 33 Immortals is scheduled to arrive in February, adding the new Gluttony weapon, private sessions, dynamic difficulty, revamped onboarding and meta-progression, as well as new legendary cosmetics and UI improvements.

The Paradiso Update is planned for Spring and adds the third and final world to the game, complete with new enemy types, a new boss, and a Prestige system that awards players with new cosmetics for resetting their progression.

In the Summer, 33 Immortals will be released out of Early Access, adding the last bits to make the game feature-complete. The Charity weapon is included in this update, having been delayed from being added alongside the Gluttony weapon. The team also clarified that they would continue to support the game after its 1.0 release with servers, bug fixes, and patches. Thunder Lotus are also working on At Fate’s End, an action-adventure game where “you fight the ones you love.” Play as Shan and wield the legendary God Sword Aesus in a journey filled with combat, puzzles, and emotional duels against your estranged siblings. Collect seven swords of power to grow your arsenal of abilities, unlock a skill tree that is also your family tree, and shape the legacy of your very dysfunctional family.
