Welcome to our achievement guide for Thank Goodness You’re Here!, available on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and on PC. This guide will show you how to easily unlock the Sick as a Fig achievement for putting Ronny in the recovery position.

Sick as a Fig Achievement Guide

This is a missable achievement. Fortunately it’s unlocked very early in the game, so if you miss it, you can unlock it on another playthrough very easily. After arriving at Barnsworth, you will leave the reception and head into the town.

From here, through natural progression you’ll discover that the butter shop owner, Meg and her employee have lost the keys to open the shop. You’ll need to speak several townsfolk for the pub to open. Inside is locksmith, Ronny having a very early start to a booze-heavy day, he’s chatting to the barman. You’ll jump in the sink and then after completing a few sequences, be able to leave the pub again.

Head back towards Meg’s butter shop which Ronny has now opened. Rather than going inside, you’ll see poor alcoholic Ronny on the floor. Being the savage you are, kick him several times and he’ll roll into the recovery position, before being sick. Nice…
