Last month, during the Future Games Show at Gamescom 2025, Tormented Souls 2 was announced, the direct sequel to the first game released in 2021. It wasn’t long after that that we learned of the game’s release date, and now we have the complete achievement/trophy list for Tormented Souls 2!
Developed by Dual Effect and published by PQube, Tormented Souls 2 is a third-person survival horror game, where players take on the role of Caroline Walker again as she visits Villa Hess in an attempt to free her sister from a mysterious cult. A demo for Tormented Souls 2 is available now on PC(Steam) and Xbox.
First announced through the TrueAchievements website, there are a total of 33 achievements, adding up to the full 1000G. Currently, the PlayStation trophies for Tormented Souls 2 are not available, but we will be sure to update this article once they become available. (We imagine they will be the same, but you can never be too sure!) There are several secret achievements that we have made sure to keep hidden for those worried about spoilers.

While there are only 33 achievements to unlock for that sweet, sweet 1000G, Tormented Souls 2’s achievement list does not look like a walk in the park. In fact, given the nature of certain achievements, such as Futile and Vindication, players will have to play the game at least twice through to complete the game.
There are also several difficulty-based achievements, as well as a few that challenge the player to play a certain way, like Ranger, Amnesia, and Anxiety. Seems as if Caroline and her sister may not be the only souls being tormented during this game!
Tormented Souls 2 releases on October 23rd across PC(Steam), PS5, and Xbox Series.
