Massive Monster and Devolver Digital have announced Cult of the Lamb: Woolhaven, a new expansion set to launch in early 2026. Revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live, the DLC plunges players into a snowbound mountain haunted by ancient secrets, restless spirits, and a long-buried deity known as Yngya – the forgotten God of the lambs.
Woolhaven introduces a brand-new region filled with corrupted terrain, hidden caverns, and spectral enemies. As winter descends, players must rebuild the sacred flock and confront the creeping Rot that threatens to consume everything. The expansion promises fresh mechanics, new followers, and a darker narrative tone that explores the sins of the past and the cost of redemption.
Among the new threats is a prowling wolf and his war-hungry pack, challenging the divine order and stirring conflict between gods. Deep within the mountain, a shadowy figure waits with blade in hand, while spirits bound by guilt drift across the ridges. The DLC leans into psychological horror and moral ambiguity, asking players to decide whether buried truths should stay hidden.
Woolhaven’s content will only be accessible near the end of the base game, making it a late-game expansion for Cult of the Lamb, designed for seasoned cult leaders.
