IO Interactive Showcase 2025: Everything Shown

The IO Interactive Showcase 2025 has just wrapped and we’ve pulled together a summary of everything that they had to show.

This was IO Interactive’s first ever showcase, and they brought upcoming Mindseye, Hitman, and the recently revealed 007 First Light to the party.

Read on to find out more about what they had to show.

IO Interactive Showcase 2025

Hitman

25th Anniversary

80 million players have played Hitman games over the course of the series 25 years.

To celebrate, a time-limited Anniversary Edition of Hitman World of Assassination will be released in October 2025. It will include ‘The Celebrity Bundle’ and an exclusive Shadowbox.

Hitman World of Assassination – Le Chiffre Return Celebrity Target

An extended gameplay of the Le Chiffre celebrity target mission was shown. Of course, with all Hitman levels, you can approach it how you would like, but this casino level allows you to join Le Chiffre for a poker game, as one of the options.

The Le Chiffre mission is available to play now.

Some new targets and content will be released later on in 2025.

Hitman World of Assassination

It was announced that World of Assassination will be coming to iOS this Summer. They alo showed the Switch 2 launch trailer.

Hitman The Board Game

Hitman The Board Game will be coming to Kickstarter later this year.

Stone and Knight

IO Interactive revealed that they are working on a Hitman co-op experience called Stone and Knight

007: First Light (PC, PS5, Switch 2, Xbox Series)

In 007 First Light, play as James Bond, a young, resourceful, and sometimes reckless new recruit, and discover an origin story for the first time. An all-new game experience from IO Interactive, coming in 2026.

They reshowed the trailer that was shown at the PlayStation State of Play.

If you sign up on IOI’s website, you will receive some unlocks for game. Additional rewards will be given on day one for reaching significant wishlist milestones.

A full gameplay reveal will be show in the summer.

Mindseye (PC, PS5, Xbox Series)

MindsEye is a narrative driven, single-player action-adventure thriller set in the near-future fictional desert city of Redrock. Featuring best-in-class cinematics, high octane driving, and explosive combat from game director, Leslie Benzies.

It launches on 10 June 2025.

IOI showed off some new gameplay from the latter third of the game given a taste of how a mission may play out. We will add the video here if it becomes available.

They then proceeded to show a number of trailers for Mindseye in a row, which felt a little odd.

That was all the announcements from the IO Interactive 2025 Showcase! The showcase ended with a Q&A with members of IO, Mads Mikkelsen (Le Chiffre), and the voice actor for Agent 47, David Bateson. You can catch up with the showcase here if you want to watch the Q&A.

There are many more showcases coming up over the next couple of weeks, and the GSC team will be doing its best to cover as many as we can. Be sure to check back for more news from the upcoming Summer Games Fest, the Xbox Showcase, and more!
