Doom: The Dark Ages – All Chapter 7: Siege Part 2 Upgrades & Collectibles

Doom: The Dark Ages is here. The latest shooter in the Doom franchise from iD has a bit of a different feel with its more open world style of levels. Within each level is many different secrets on the form of collectibles, upgrades and other items. This guide will help you with finding all the upgrades and collectibles in Chapter 7: Siege Part 2.

Collectible Toy – Pinky Rider

After the turret sequence and opening the gate you will head inside the castle and need to defeat some enemies. After doing so you will need to climb up and use your shield saw to drop another wall and climb up further. After climbing the second wall look to your right. Across a gap you will see a wall you can shield charge through which you will want to do.

From there just follow this new path, climb the wall to the hidden area and follow it up to the toy.

Purple Key

First things first, you will need the purple key. Progress through the level past the first 2 big encounters. Head up the stairs as the game wants you to. You will eventually likely see the key to your right. Go past the key into a room with big dining tables. As soon as you enter look right to a breakable door and enter. Follow this around, jump across and grab the purple key.

Ruby #1

After grabbing the key drop back down to the previous floor where you just were. You may have noticed the locked purple gate while fighting here, well you can now open it. Do so and grab the Ruby.

Codex – Siege Part 2

From the previous collectible head back out to the main arena and turn right. A few steps away you will notice yet another locked purple gate which you can now open. Follow along inside to grab some gold and the codex.

Ruby #2

Proceed until you drop down to the next stage of the chapter. You will be out outside now. Defeat the wave of enemies and once things have calmed down head to the right of the crashed ship. Jump up the crates and follow the path to the Ruby.
