Unlock the “Grand Slam” achievement / trophy in Atomfall.

Atomfall is the latest and newest game from the developers of Sniper Elite and Zombie Army, Rebellion. Their newest title is something of a first-person survival mystery game, where you must figure out what’s going on in the Quarantine Zone in Windscale.

You must unravel the mystery, escape the Quarantine Zone, and try to survive, and there are plenty of wonderful ways to do that in the game that will earn you tasty achievements / trophies (if you’re so inclined).

“Grand Slam” Achievement / Trophy

The “Grand Slam” achievement / trophy tasks you with taking out five enemies with one explosion. This is a pretty simple one, in theory, though I suspect it may get frustrating if your enemies are nippy and get out of the way of your well-placed explosive.

I did this in Slatten Dale, a bit further south than the Trader’s Camp and the Sewer Entrance at the top of the area. Check the map out below:

I used a trusty grenade, which you’ll find by exploring and looting enemies. In this location, there were around seven enemies, and they all started patrolling in a single line. Using that opportunity, I chucked the grenade past the first couple and hoped it’d get them. I did this while hidden in the long grass near their location.

I’d recommend saving before attempting. Sometimes, the enemies will dive out of the way, but in the instance I did it, they all ducked for cover together (foolish!).
