Have you finished the campaign in Sniper Elite: Resistance and are looking to mop up all the miscellaneous achievements, trophies and get those grinding Mastery medals? Perhaps you want to do it in between sessions. Well we’ve got you covered here at Gamer Social Club for a simple way to knock out many of those things that may at first look daunting.
Mission Setup
You are going to start by loading up Mission 2, Dead Drop. I’d recommend setting it up on Civilian mode to knock this all out quickly, but you can use any difficulty you’d like. I’d also recommend using the Citadel Apartments starting location. If you haven’t unlocked this just yet that is ok, you can go from any starting point. Select any weapon combo you want but I would suggest equipping non-lethal ammo to your pistol. Again this isn’t mandatory but will make your life easier. Launch the mission when you are ready.

In Mission Prep
Now that you have loaded up the mission the goal is simple. You are headed for the main fortress objective near the top of the map. If you are starting from the Citadel Apartments you can simply go down the stairs and make a right outside of the building. You can slip into the fortress from the side by climbing the wall. If you brought non-lethal pistol ammo equip it and your pistol now.
Inside the fortress their are about 7 enemies as well as a truck that will occasionally drive in. Your goal is simple. Knock out all enemies within the fortress, but do not kill them. You can do this either with the non-lethal pistol ammo or by sneaking behind the enemies and knocking them out rather than killing them. If the enemies get alerted it’s fine, especially with the pistol ammo, just take them out and you can even get some more enemies that rush into the fortress as well for additional enemies for this method.
Once you’ve successfully knocked out enough enemies that no one will bug you we can properly setup. Pick up the enemies and bring them together. You can pile them up anywhere but I’d recommend doing so in the room just to the left of the entrance to the fortress where the SMG workbench is.

By knocking out all the enemies rather than killing them and piling them up in this one room together it will allow you to easily kill multiple enemies very quickly which will net you all kinds of achievements/trophies and get those Pistol and secondary Mastery medals. When you are ready MAKE A SAVE. This is very important. It should be noted to spread the bodies out just a tiny bit. When I did this I had about 15 enemies knocked out but on the reload I lost all but 6, likely because I had them piled up on top of each other.
With your save ready to go you can begin your grind. Whether you need trap kills, SMG or pistol kills or just about anything else it can all easily be done here. The only thing this method won’t work for is your Rifle Mastery medals. There is even a PIAT heavy weapon in the middle of the courtyard behind one of the trucks you can pick up to get heavy weapon and found weapon kills for those achievements/trophies. Theres also a machine you can sabotage for sound sound mask kills just outside the door in the courtyard.

Once you have done whatever you wanted to do with each weapon you can head to the SMG workbench to change your loadout and get a new gun. Make sure you do this on a fresh load though so the enemies are alive. Once you’ve done so make a new save over the old one quickly so that you can continue to reload using the new weapon. Rinse and repeat as many times as needed to finish whatever it is you wanted. This method will also get you a lot of XP to likely unlock the level 40 achievement/trophy if you don’t already have it.
What This Method Will Unlock
Using this method means you will be getting 6 kills every 15 or so seconds which will move things along quickly. Everything that can be unlocked with this method are:
- Skirmisher – 300 secondary kills
- Blaze Of Gory – 50 trap kills (grenades count)
- Eyes On The Prize – 150 iron sight kills with any weapons
- Scoping Mechanism – 150 iron sight kills with rifle
- Le Fantome – 250 ghost kills
- Silent But Deadly – 50 sound mask kills
- Pistol Perfectionist – All Pistol Mastery Medals
- Secondary Supremacy – All Secondary Mastery Medals
- Gunslinger – 150 pistol kills
- Sharpshooter – 350 rifle kills
- Climbing The Ranks – reach rank 40
- Three Birds One Stone – kill 3 soldiers with one grenade
- Jack Of All Trades – Get a Kill with 20 different weapons
- Finders Keepers – 50 kills with found weapons
- The Big Guns – 50 heavy weapon kills
As you can see by the list above, this is going to help you knock out a lot of achievements or trophies that would otherwise take you a long time. Of course it will be a bit more boring than playing the game properly, but will significantly reduce the time spent.
