Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade Releases April 2025

Game Source Entertainment and developers 7QUARK have reannounced today that Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade, an action RPG with roguelite elements set in feudal Japan, will officially launch on 24th April, 2025. This is the first game from 7QUARK, a Taiwanese developer, to be released on Steam with previous outings being mostly mobile.

Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade uniquely blends fantasy with roguelite mechanics, offering players the chance to fight malevolent spirits as three distinct characters: Shigure, the Demon Blade wielder; Sara, the Oni Emissary; and Taketora, the Demon Samurai. All three characters are fully voiced, with anime fans recognising Ayana Taketatsu (Leafa – Sword Art Online), Rikiya Koyama (Yamato – Naruto) and Yoko Hikasa (Diana Cavendish – Little Witch Academia).

Alongside this announcement they have also dropped a brand new trailer showing off Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade, alongside some key features:

Three Main Characters: Replay diverse storylines featuring an Immortal Ninja, Oni Emissary, and Demon Samurai, each with unique combat techniques and exclusive weapons.

Upgradeable Weapons: Master powerful Demon Blades, collect hundreds of “Soul Orbs,” and receive Neko Shrine blessings to craft strategies for defeating evil forces.

Discover Recipes: Gather upgrade items and gourmet ingredients to unlock recipes, including fantastical ramen, for significant strength boosts.

The Demon Festival: Meet kind-hearted demons at colorful alternate-dimension festivals and form alliances to earn valuable rewards.

Challenging Difficulty: Unlock and conquer hidden stages with high difficulty, pushing your limits and uncovering secret areas.
