Diablo IV’s Season Of Witchcraft Begins On January 21st

Diablo IV’s next update, the Season of Witchcraft, is arriving next week with a new seasonal questline and enough new content to fill a cauldron!

A brief summary on the Season of Witchcraft’s webpage explains the premise, stating: “The Tree of Whispers' most prized possessions are missing: the many Heads which pay their endless debt amongst its gnarled limbs. Uncover the source of this malevolent plot to discover incredible power.”

Along with a new questline and a plethora of new items and QOL updates, the main addition the Season of Witchcraft brings are new Witchcraft Powers. These new abilities will augment and empower your existing skills, and you’ll unlock them as you “uncover the mystery of the Coven, a group of heady Witches deep from within the bogs of Hawezar”.

One particular QOL update that Diablo fans will be excited to see is the addition of the Armoury, which lets players “swap between your favorite builds with ease.”

The Season of Witchcraft brings with it its own free and purchasable battle passes, and a new pet to unlock playing through the season’s journey.

Check out the video below to get a more in depth look at what toil and trouble is coming in this new season arriving January 21st.
