Who’s excited to see more Clair Obscur: Expedition 33? First revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase during Summer Games Fest this year, this dark fantasy role-playing game is due to release in Spring 2025, and we’ve gotten a fresh look, as well as who will be starring in the game, via a brand-new trailer that developer Sandfall Interactive have just released.
The game boasts something of a star-studded cast, including Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Jennifer English (Baldur’s Gate 3, Elden Ring) and Andy Serkis (The Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes movies).
They’ve been teasing the reveal of this trailer for the last week over on their Twitter account. Was it worth the wait? Check out the newest trailer below and see for yourself:
The game sees you lead an expedition on a desperate adventure to destroy the game’s villain the ‘Paintress’ before she can erase the last survivors of humanity. In the trailer we get a better look at the very cool looking turn-based combat, as well as some of the enemies we’ll be facing.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 releases on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series consoles in Spring 2025. It will also be launching on Xbox Game Pass day one, presumably for Ultimate and PC subscribers.
