Doom The Dark Ages Announced

Today during the Xbox Showcase the latest game in the iconic Doom franchise has been announced with the unveiling of Doom: The Dark Ages.

Doomslayer is finally headed back to earth in The Dark Ages which is set up as a prequel of sorts to Doom and Doom Eternal. The game is listed as a 2025 release and is coming day 1 to Xbox Game Pass.

Doom The Dark Ages was leaked weeks ago so unfortunately this wasn’t the big surprise it otherwise could have been, but it none the less is an exciting reveal. It is being developed by ID Software, makers of the previous two Doom games.
