The legs of The Binding of Isaac never seem to tire. A game that many people continue to discover and play for hundreds of hours consistently finds new ways for people to play.
The developers have now revealed that The Binding of Isaac Repentance + Online will be coming to XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on November 19, 2026. In case that date didn’t ping anything in your gaming mind, may we remind you that is the same day that Grand Theft Auto VI arrives to both PS5 and XBOX Series, a brave choice indeed. At least Isaac won’t be competing for your gaming budget as this is a new update for Repentance, which has been available on console for some time, rather than a new full release.
A teaser trailer for the update has been shared by the developer, Nicalis:
In Repentance + Online, you will join up to three friends to tackle Isaac’s basement and other horrifying locations together. Nicalis have already released the multiplayer mode for PC versions of Repentance, but now its time for console players to group up and take on the horrors of the definitive edition of The Binding of Isaac.
