Mafia: The Old Country was one of 2025’s best games. Now nearly 1 year after its release, Hangar13 is back with some DLC with Man of Honor. Alongside the Man of Honor DLC comes new achievements. This guide will help you earn the Snapshot achievement today. Let’s dive in!
Intermezzo II – Fratellanza
The Snapshot achievement can be earned in the second chapter of the Man of Honor DLC. Just to preface, you need to have finished at least chapter 5 of the main story in order to access the story part of Man of Honor.
Play through the DLC as normal until you get a decent portion of the way through chapter 2. You will be in a chase scene in the back of a truck with dynamite. From there you will need to deliver the dynamite to Pasqualle.
After dropping the dynamite off to him you will be tasked with heading to the bar to the south to meet with Cesare. You will also have a secondary objective to meet with Isabelle. We are of course going to go and see Isabelle first in order to get the achievement. You may have also noticed at the beginning of the chapter getting a letter. This was from Isabelle giving you some backstory so hopefully you read it.
From here all you need to do is drive to Isabelle who is on the south side of Lago Efesto. Here you will find Isabelle and a scene will play out. Once Isabelle takes the photo of you the achievement will unlock.
It is a relatively easy achievement to get as long as you don’t miss it since it isn’t necessary to see Isabella to progress the story. If you miss it you will have to replay chapter 2.
