It feels like just yesterday I was driving the streets of Sicily in Mafia: The Old Country. It’s hard to believe it’s almost been a year. For those wanting more Mafia, the wait is almost over as the games first DLC, Man of Honor is almost here.
Today 2K and Hangar 13 dropped a new trailer for Man of Honor to showcase the gameplay. While there’s nothing really new here in terms of how the game plays, there is more story content and that’s what us fans want.
Mafia: The Old Country had one of the best narratives in gaming in 2025. Our review scored it an 8 last year and quite frankly I was probably even higher on it than that.
In Man of Honor players will once again play as Enzo in the early days of him joining the Torrisi family. The 2 new story chapters will see you join Ennio Salieri to settle old scores.

Salieri was the Don of his family in the original Mafia game that was set in America. Man of Honor will highlight him in his younger days while still in Sicily. Expect this to setup whatever the next Mafia game might be.
Free Roam Additions
While many are probably picking up Man of Honor for the new story chapters, Hangar 13 is still bringing new content to free roam.
This new content will see new jobs and challenges added to the free roam as you meet up with Salieri as your new point of contact.
Doing these jobs and challenges will earn you Dinari which you can then spend on new outfits, Charms, weapons, vehicles, and horses to add to your collection. All of these new additions are only available in the Man of Honor DLC.

In addition to the new jobs you will find new collectibles scattered about the map. These Wanted Posters will see members of the dev team featured which is a nice touch.
If you are like me and cannot wait for Man of Honor, the wait is almost over. Man of Honor releases August 14th on Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 5 and PC.
