Following the reveal of the game’s release date during the Wholesome Direct for June 2026, Deer & Boy’s trophy/achievement list has appeared. Arriving on PC and consoles in less than two weeks, now is the perfect time to prepare for what awaits this darling duo.

A narrative-driven cinematic platformer, Deer & Boy tells an emotional story about the bond between a young boy and a fragile fawn, told without a single word of dialogue. As they grow, so does their bond, which in turn strengthens their abilities. With no combat and a short playtime, Deer & Boy is a suitable game for all ages, and a single player experience to share with others.
The trophy list for Deer & Boy, which comes via the TrueTrophies website, consists of 29 trophies, including 19 bronze, 2 silver, 7 gold, and the coveted platinum trophy. There are quite a few secret trophies, so we’ve hidden those to avoid spoilers.

Most of the trophies that are not being kept secret are based on doing certain things for the first time, such as Cosy Ride, Watch Your Step!, and Show, Don’t Tell!, but we find it quite funny that the one for finding a hidden room somewhere in the game, the appropriately named Hidden Room trophy, is not hidden!
Deer & Boy is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 23rd, 2026.
