The release date for the hotly anticipated The Sinking City 2 has just been confirmed at the Future Games Show Summer Showcase.
It has been confirmed that the game will release on 18 August 2026 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series. It was also announced a PC demo is now available on Steam, right now!

The Sinking City 2 is a survival horror title that is pulsing with Lovecraftian inspiration. Sit in the city of Arkham during the roaring 20s, you play as Calvin Rafferty. You will be navigating the city as it wrangles with a supernatural flood, dead that stalk you and an eldritch god who you must defy to survive.
You are attempting to rescue the woman you love as her soul has been trapped by a ritual gone awry, and enemies have kidnapped her physical form. To save her, you must find the source of the supernatural flood.
As developers of many a Sherlock Holmes game, Frogwares are drawing on their detective experience to bring you a range of items, myths and puzzles to solve along with freaky creatures that need dealing with.
