It’s been many years since we got a new entry in the Stuntman franchise. The last Stuntman game, Ignition released during the XBOX 360 era all the way back in 2007. Now, revealed at the June 2026 State of Play showcase, the franchise returns and will be bringing true Hollywood action and set pieces to XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
Many younger games won’t be familiar with Stuntman, the games task players with creating wild spectacles with over-the-top stunts with a variety of vehicles. The game is now in active development, but no release window was shared during the showcase.
The new entry in the franchise will see many licensed set pieces from the movies and TV shows you already love including The Fast and the Furious, Miami Vice and Back to the Future – and you bet there’s a Delorean in the game.

If you’ve been playing Forza Horizon 6 recently, you’ll be used to driving in style. Stuntman cranks it up another level as jump, drift and near-miss many exciting Hollywood sets in the game. Supercars, motorbikes and more wild vehicles including K.I.T.T. from Knight Rider will feature.
It’s wonderful to see this franchise back, with all the licensed set pieces this could be a really fun release.
