Can you feel that, yes college football is quickly approaching! I’m excited because that means EA Sports College Football is right around the corner. Today EA revealed the covers for both the Standard Edition and the Deluxe Edition of the game.
The Standard edition features three standout stars from the 2025 – 2026 college football season. Oregon quarterback Dante Moore, Miami wide receiver Malachi Toney, and Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy are the stars on the featured on this cover. These trio of athletes each lit up the field during the 2025 – 2026 college season. Making electrifying plays to help put their teams over the competition each time they stepped on the field.
Oregon QB Dante Moore capped his season with over 3,500 yards and 30 touchdowns and leading his team to the playoffs. Miami wide receiver Malachi Toney smashed the all-time single season reception record. He had 109 receptions and over 1,200 yards receiving and he starred in the national championship game. Ole Miss RB Kewan Lacy was a dynamic and vital part of his team success. Altogether rushing for more than 1,500 yards with 24 touchdowns.
On the Deluxe Edition, a few more prominent players are featured and this time they come from the defense. The Standard Edition trio make a return along with Texas linebacker Colin Simmons and Notre Dame cornerback Leonard Moore. We also see USC quarterback Jayden Maiava and the head coach of the National champions, Curt Cignetti. We can’t forget the beloved mascots that are featured as well.
Texas linebacker Colin Simmons is a star on one of the nations most dominant defenses, recording 44 tackles and 12 sacks. Notre Dame standout CB Leonard Moore is an All-American and widely regarded as top defender in just his second season. USC QB Jayden Maiava is one player everyone has their eyes, to see how he will improve on his 24 touchdown passes this year. We can’t forget the amazing head coach, Curt Cignetti, who led the Indiana Hoosiers to their first-ever national championship.
