With several high-profile Xbox Game Pass games already penciled in for the latter half of April 2026 including Day One additions, Vampire Crawlers and Kiln, the full slate has now been revealed. There are a range of new additions depending on the tier of your subscription, with more new games for Ultimate members than we have seen in recent drops.
Outside of the afformentioned two, Aphelion is the highest profile new title which is launching Day One into the subscription. Aphelion is a new action-packed sci-fi adventure from narrative game studio, Don’t Nod. Don’t Nod were the original studio behind Life is Strange before moving on to make the great Tell Me Why, which remains on Game Pass.
Other notable additions include Trepang2, a gory and action-packed FPS that takes many of its DNA from the dormant FEAR horror series, including slow motion animations and limb dismantling. Also, Game Pass continues to add the catalogue of Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster titles and in early-May Ultimate and Premium members will be able to get their hands on Final Fantasy V.
And if I may, I’d like to recommend Sopa: Tale of the Stolen Potato to Premium members. I had great fun with this Latin American short adventure game last year and we have many guides on the site to help you secure all 1,000 Gamerscore.
