One of the biggest and most beloved indies of the last few years, Vampire Survivors just keeps adding content. The roguelite pixel art survivors game has added collaborations with a Castlevania crossover and many other franchises as the game continues to grow.
Given the way the game can, and does, continue to expand, I don’t think anyone really expected a Vampire Survivors 2. Though, I don’t think anyone expected a turn-based, deck building roguelite spin-off either but was instantly drawn in by the awesome reveal trailer during the Xbox Partner Preview, November 2025.
Finally, we have a release date for Vampire Crawlers* and there’s not long at all to wait. Vampire Crawlers releases April 21, 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox for PC, Xbox Game Pass, PS5 and Switch. It will come to mobile later this year.
*Or full name Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors. But lets just stick to Vampire Crawlers.
A new trailer announces the release date and features plenty of overstimulating Lidl supermarket-like art. But who’d have expected anything serious from Poncle, anyway?
Vampire Crawlers Price
Vampire Crawlers will launch as a budget price release, though it is over double the price of Vampire Survivors. The game will be $9.99 USD / €9.99 / £9.99 GBP / 1,200 Yen.
If you’re yet to check the game out, a demo is currently available via Steam.
If Crawlers isn’t cutting it for you and you’re looking for another survivors game, be sure to keep an eye on Warhammer Survivors which will also arrive this year.
